Instructions to cook corned beef:
- Remove the raw corned
beef from package.
- Place the corned
beef into a pot of boiling water.
- Add the packet of pickling spice if
one was included. If there was no spice included you may add
your own mixture of spices.

of the corned beef reaches 160 degrees it is done.
Assuming the corned beef is now fork tender and
it has reached 160 degrees you can now remove it
from the pot and serve.
- When slicing always cut against the grain of the meat.
- ENJOY!

- Now add the sauerkraut and Swiss cheese right on top of the
meat.
- From here you need to put the sandwich together and put onto

In order to create an authentic New York deli experience all
you have to do is follow the following steps.
The most important thing you must do is to start out with New
York State National brand “REAL NEW YORK DELI” pastrami
or corned beef.
Either you are preparing one or both items they both need to
go through the same process.
First you must start with State National Brand plate pastrami
and a cooked corned beef brisket. Since both of these items are
fully cooked they only need to be heated. In order to continue
with the authentic process it is important to create some type
of steam table to heat the products. Steam can be created simply
with a pot and perforated pan with a little water layering the
bottom of the pot. Let each item steam up until they are fork
tender. Two hours is not an unreasonable amount of time for everything
to heat. Once each item is fork tender just slice, pile high,
and ENJOY!
